SpeedDialIcon API

API documentation for the React SpeedDialIcon component. Learn about the available props and the CSS API.

The name MuiSpeedDialIcon can be used when providing default props or style overrides in the theme.

Props of the native component are also available.

Name	Type	Description
classes	object	Override or extend the styles applied to the component. See CSS API below for more details.
icon	node	The icon to display.
openIcon	node	The icon to display in the SpeedDial Floating Action Button when the SpeedDial is open.
sx	func \| object	The system prop that allows defining system overrides as well as additional CSS styles. See the `sx` page for more details.

The ref is forwarded to the root element.

icon	.MuiSpeedDialIcon-icon	Styles applied to the icon component.
iconOpen	.MuiSpeedDialIcon-iconOpen	Styles applied to the icon component if `open={true}`.
iconWithOpenIconOpen	.MuiSpeedDialIcon-iconWithOpenIconOpen	Styles applied to the icon when an `openIcon` is provided and if `open={true}`.
openIcon	.MuiSpeedDialIcon-openIcon	Styles applied to the `openIcon` if provided.
openIconOpen	.MuiSpeedDialIcon-openIconOpen	Styles applied to the `openIcon` if provided and if `open={true}`.

You can override the style of the component using one of these customization options:

With a global class name.
With a rule name as part of the component's styleOverrides property in a custom theme.
